Q. What are check-in and check-out times?
A. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is at Noon.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Room reservations can be cancelled through 6:00 PM (Central) one day prior to arrival. Otherwise, a one night cancellation penalty applies. This policy varies with internet pre-paid rates.
Q. Do you allow pets in your hotel?
A. With the exception of service animals, the Four Points by Sheraton does not allow pets in the hotel. Our Guest Service agents can assist with local kennel information; call 312-981-6600.
Q. Are refrigerators, cribs or rollaway beds available?
A. Yes, these items are available upon request, as follows:
- Cribs: No charge
- Rollaway: $15 per night
- Refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker are located in every room and are available at no extra charge.
Q. Is there a Concierge Service?
A. Concierge Service is provided by our Guest Service agents; contact them by calling 312-981-6600.
Q. Do you have a shuttle to/from the airport?
A. The hotel does not have an airport shuttle. However visit www.flychicago.com for airport shuttle options or taxi cab information.
Q. Do you have Room Service and if so, what are the hours?
A. Yes, room service is available daily from 6:30 AM until 10:00 PM.
Q. Are there hairdryers in the rooms?

Q. Do you have high speed Internet access in the guestrooms? If so, what are the charges?
A. Yes, high speed wireless Internet access is available in ALL guestrooms and public areas. Guest rooms are equipped with wired cable access, with an average connection speed of 1.5 Mbps. Wireless adapters are also available at the front desk. Cables are available for purchase in the gift shop located on the 1st floor by the front desk.
Q. We will arrive before check-in, what is the provision for storing luggage?
A. Your luggage will gladly be stored at no charge until your check-in.
